Carrington Walk is an active project consisting of 29 townhome lots, a community lawn, and a dog park on approximately 3.6 acres on C.H. James Parkway. We purchased the undeveloped land with entitlements and through our construction partner, BCG Services, are completing all horizontal development. We are under contract to sell the development with pad-ready lots to a local builder.
