Austin Ridge, located on Mt. Olive Road, is a 22-acre development with 40 single-family homes. After acquiring the raw land, we secured all entitlements and engineering, and completed the erosion control, earthwork, stormwater management, wet utilities, road construction, and stabilization. The pad-ready lots were sold to a local builder who is building and selling homes starting in the high $300s.
